To schedule an appointment, please call Stephanie at 252-631-6226 or Heather at 252-349-0853.   We will contact you within 24 hours Monday thru Friday.  If it is an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.   


Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance of your appointment.  A $50 fee will be applied for no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment.
